Left there extremely dissatisfied for several reasons. At Bromley today met the Audiologist- who restored my faith. She couldn’t be more helpful, also friendly. She has sent my hearing aid off for correction and her whole attitude made me feel much more positive about the Company. The guy at Caterham is not the right person to give good representation of Amplifon. You should FIRE him

I didn’t have an appointment, he was so kind and efficient immediately recalibrating my hearing aid, I am just so grateful as it makes such a huge difference to my life. Also thanks to the lovely receptionist who is so understanding! Well done Amplifon!

She had no explanation as to why the audio guy was not there, but offered to make another appointment. No thanks. They are an expensive company, who advertise heavily, but they have to get the basics right. Like turning up to meet someone. Very peeved.
