Such an unprofessional and disappointing experience. I bought a pair of glasses for £130, and within just 4 months the screw became loose, making the frame unusable. When I went back to the store, the staff who were extremely welcoming during the purchase showed no interest in helping. They refused to replace the frame or even offer half price discount. A frame of £130 can’t even stand half an year !!! Product quality ?? What was even more frustrating was the manager didn’t bother to come and address the issue. The customer service representative was chewing gum while speaking to me and casually said “ I don’t make rules , I can’t do much , we don’t do .” Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.

Mixed emotions regarding my experience, for the 3rd visit running I was told that I'd receive a phone call when my glasses had arrived, for the 3rd time you failed to do so. After phoning and waiting 8 minutes to be answered I took the recorded message at face value....that my phone number had been logged and I'd receive a call back, yet again this didn't happen. However my experience in store was great due to Katie who was wonderful. I'd made my mind up that I wouldn't be coming back to you again but on collection, Katie dealt with me again so she saved the day. I hope in the future you guys keep to your word and actually do what you say that you will do!

Disappointing Experience / Poor Planning I arranged an eye test for 15 April. A Specsavers representative contacted me the day before to reconfirm the appointment. Later that same afternoon, I received another call which I was unable to answer. When I returned the call the following morning (the day of the appointment), I was informed that my appointment needed to be moved to the following week (22 April). On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I received another call two hours before my appointment time. I was only able to return the call just before 12:00, despite my appointment being scheduled for 12:45, and was then informed that the appointment had to be moved again. The reason given was the Tube strikes. While I understand that travelling in London can be challenging during strikes, I had already made arrangements and managed to get there. Moreover, the Transport for London strikes had been announced more than a week in advance, so this last-minute cancellation was extremely disappointing. It reflects very poor planning from the Brunswick Specsavers team. I have now rebooked with another branch.

Very bad service from this store. Went to see them last 11th of April and had my eyes checked and ordered my eye glasses for reading. They booked me to collect it on the 18th of April and told me to wait for their text message. I got the text message and an email confirmation on the 17th of April saying that my eye glasses will be ready for collection and they will see me tomorrow. Went to collect it the next day but the eye glasses were not available and not yet delivered at the store. They said it will be available by Monday and told me to wait again for their text message or phone call. I told them you’ve sent me a text message and an email confirming for this collection. They said, oh it’s an automatic text and email and that they don’t check it. Thank you guys, I just wasted my time coming to your store. Now it’s Monday today and they called me and said that my eye glasses are ready for collection. So I excitedly went there this afternoon and guess what? I got my brand new eye glasses but it’s no good. The eye prescription was wrong and everything looks blurry and I can’t read a thing. Absolutely disgraceful. Now I don’t know when will I received my eye glasses with the correct prescription. Very disappointed with their service. Hope you can do better next time Specsavers - The Brunswick Centre and do it right!
