  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at Vision Express, Bexleyheath I had a really positive experience during my recent eye test at Vision Express in Bexleyheath. The whole team was professional, friendly and welcoming, from the ophthalmologist who carried out my eye test to the staff member who patiently helped me choose my glasses. Everyone was so helpful, attentive and understanding, and I never felt rushed when making my choice.Their patience and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. A big thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Vision Express, Bexleyheath, to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service! 😊

  Exceptional assistance from various members of staff they went out of their way to help and that went a long way to my decision to go ahead went final purchase I will certainly recommend that Bexleyheath store

  Fantastic customer service, thank you Scott! We’ve previously gone to Specsavers out of habit but following an eye test decided to pop into Vision Express to look at a wider range of frames. The service we received from Scott at the Bexleyheath store was absolutely brilliant. He gave us really clear and helpful advice, without any pressure to rush into buying expensive lenses, which had been our experience at Specsavers. We were also left to browse at our own pace. My daughter found a pair of frames she loved but as Bluewater was closer to home, we decided to visit that store before making a decision. Scott was completely understanding and there was absolutely no pressure to buy from him. Unfortunately, the service at Bluewater was a very different experience. They didn’t have the frames we wanted and weren’t particularly helpful, so we decided to head back to Bexleyheath. Scott couldn’t have been more accommodating. We spent time choosing frames for both my daughter and myself and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. He even popped out to buy my children drinks whilst we were there, which was such a lovely gesture and really went above and beyond. It’s rare to receive such genuinely good customer service these days and Scott is a real credit to the store. We’ll definitely be returning to Vision Express Bexleyheath in future. Thank you!
