  I had a really great experience at Vision Express in Tesco, Elmer’s End, thanks to Zuzanna. Zuzanna is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She is extremely attentive, professional and genuinely takes the time to listen to the customer and understand exactly what they need. She was patient, knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. It is clear that Zuzanna is a true professional who takes pride in her work and really cares about providing excellent customer service.
