First time that I had used any of the larger companies for an eye test and pair of new glasses. The team at Vision Express Elmers End, Croydon were polite, informative and good humoured despite my appointment being late in the day. I am looking forward to receiving my new glasses and if the quality is half as good as the service I shall be more than happy.Thank you, a very firm ten out of ten!
