  I had a lovely experience with Liz at David Lloyd. She showed me around and was incredibly lively, friendly and helpful throughout. She made me feel really welcome, answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you, Liz, for such a great introduction!

  Liz was so helpful. She answered all my questions! She was friendly and very approachable. I feel like I had always known her! I would definitely recommend you see Liz if you had any questions about joining David Lloyd! This gym literally has everything. It is worth the investment!

  Always have a good experience at David Lloyd Beckenham the staff are really friendly love how clean everything is at all times and there is a real community atmosphere. Typically end up spending a minimum of 4hrs here (spa is my favourite place tbh) Good variety of food. Today I had the brioche French toast prepared by chef Dom and I basically inhaled it (which is why there's no picture) The sales team are also friendly and straight forward from a perspective of understanding whether membership is the right choice for you. Mornings (8-11am) found to be quite busy but the afternoon and late evenings gym floor is quite quiet

  I had such a fantastic experience with both Claire and Michael at David Lloyd Beckenham and really wanted to recognise them for how kind and helpful they were. Claire was amazing from the moment I spoke to her. I had a small situation with my membership, and she immediately took ownership of it, checked everything properly and made sure it was passed to the right person to be resolved. Michael then called me back and was absolutely lovely. He listened, understood my circumstances and went above and beyond to find a solution for me. I'm under quite a lot of stress at the moment, and his kindness, understanding and generosity genuinely made such a difference to my day. It's rare to come away from dealing with a problem actually feeling better than you did before you called, but that's exactly what happened here. I felt listened to, looked after and treated like an actual person rather than just another membership number. A huge thank you to Claire and Michael. They are both a credit to David Lloyd Beckenham and an example of what brilliant customer service should look like. I really appreciate everything they did for me.

  Have to say the team did an excellent job. I signed up, then cancelled as I needed to check with my partner. I then signed up again but wanted an earlier start date than I put online! I sent lots of emails as I kept changing my mind but the team were patient, answered every query and now I'm here enjoying the fantastic facilities!
