  I’ll say that this place has potential, considering the location but the levels of cleanliness and sanitation is shocking. The water fountains with tons of limescale and filters that haven’t been changed in weeks, if not months. Toilets that aren’t serviced regularly and fixtures and fittings so bad; as if they have been replaced with things that were never meant to be there (eg toilet seats that don’t fit the toilet) and the most surprising is that there is a lack of WATER. Low or no pressure in the taps going to the toilets. They have showers but they are staff only and tbh, the price of classes - the lack of basic amenities and services for a gym with such good quality equipment; and you wouldn’t think you are in the same gym. There is no dedicated changing area apart from the toilets - and disabled toilet is on ground level but you’d have to walk through the class to get there. Lack of staff and poor quality management dealing with my complaint, thinking that offering me more classes would help. Try fixing the existing studio first! We are paying A LOT of money for classes - £25 a class and lack of basic amenities is absolutely shocking. We aren’t after a Dyson hairdryer or mod con, this is the basic expectations. The business is franchising heavily so there’s investment to fix all of these things. I hope the owner can try and address them as the management team are unequipped to deal with the facilities management. Which leads me to another point, of being spammed by messaging/ texts - I have had so many texts and emails asking me to sign up, in the period I have already been signed up, paying for classes. Pilates wise this is a great studio and the teachers I’ve had here have been great. Patient and really supportive. The equipment is generally good and I haven’t had any issues myself here.

  I have found it very easy to book and attend classes here, either on the app or through contacting the team. The teaching is good quality and the classes varied. You get the chance to use different equipment as well as the reformers, so the classes are interesting and challenging. It's a great studio if you work in the area and want to add more pilates into your life.

  I love Club Pilates Bankside. Beautiful studio and amazing instructors. I have grown so much stronger since taking classes here. I’ve not been to a Pilates studio like it.

  Had a really great session yesterday. It was super easy to book a group session and Natalie was super helpful

  Club Pilates Bankside is a very friendly place with good professional teachers. It’s clean and minimalistic, which is great. My only suggestion for improvement would be making sure all shoes are being kept outside the lockers to be consistent with the otherwise clean and hygienic scheme.
