  I was in hospital from monday for an emergency My blood pressure was very high 197/100 when i was discharged Went to your pharmacist abd explained that i needed a blood pressure test as my surgery closed weekend and 111 would take hours. She refused point blank and said it was protocol so now i have to wait till monday to see GP. She said from thegoodness of her heart she would do if i wasnt agitated. There was no queue and would only take 2 mins.

  Horrible service, the woman at the counter was busy chatting up and laughing with her colleague, refused to give me any advice nor pretend that she cares. She obviously hates her job and her customers, lazy service, rude. I wish I knew her name, she wore green clothes /head cover. I went to another pharmacy and was helped and given some eye drops without any problem and they were shocked I wasn't helped before.

  Called to see if they had a specific medication, spoke to Rachel. WHAT an amazing absolute superstar!! Rachel is what everyone should aspire to be when dealing with customers, what an absolute delightful person she is!! Tesco have a truly wonderful, special person working in Tesco Park Road Pharmacy!!!

  I went to collect an emergency 111 prescription around 7:30pm on 2/03/26. There was a long queue and the two women behind the counter were clearly busy. When I explained what 111 had told me, the older woman sighed and said it wasn’t an emergency prescription and told me to come back in an hour. I accepted that - I’m not familiar with NHS processes and understand they are under pressure. When I returned an hour later, I stood at the counter. The younger woman saw me but continued her conversation. I assumed they were busy, so I waited. In the end, I timed it: 12 minutes and 47 seconds before anyone even acknowledged I was there. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made all the difference. It was fairly clear they hoped I’d just get frustrated and leave.

  The worst most disorganised chemists don't bother. The medication takes days to prep if not they don't have stock shocking place.
