  Some staff were fantastic with me and the pharmacy manager is very polite and helpful but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff that work there. I only had been collecting my prescriptions from here for a few months and unfortunately I’ve had to change pharmacies again due to unnecessarily long waiting times. I had finished shopping one morning and handed in a prescription that only had about three items on it and was told the waiting time was going to be 20 minutes! which is absurd as there was no one before or after me. I used to work in pharmacy and it should only take 10 minutes to select, label, pick then dispense if there’s no queue. I was waiting and was then asked by a different female member of staff “what are you doing?” to which I replied “I’m waiting for my prescription” Baring in mind I had finished shopping to be told to wait 20 minutes was a long time, then there were about four people that had came in after me who were coming in and giving prescriptions to the staff and they were getting served and leaving before me! On top of that I waited half an hour before my prescription (which was not even completed by the way as I was given the owing at the end and was not told at the beginning that a certain item was not in their stock) this prescription only had three items! Not happy! There just seems to be no sense of urgency from a large majority of the staff and some of them don’t seem genuine/ like they want to get things done in an acceptable time frame. This experience made me feel like they had an issue with me as a person being there. I will not be coming here ever again for prescriptions, I think Clover house where I’ve gone is a better choice.
