My experience was disappointing and the customer service quality was far below expectations. I originally booked an appointment for contact lenses, but two days before the appointment I was called and informed that they did not have trial lenses available, so my appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled. When I attended the rescheduled appointment, I was left waiting for around 15 minutes while the optician remained in the consultation room talking with a colleague. I was only attended after they eventually checked whether anyone was waiting. During the appointment, I clearly explained that I was interested in trying contact lenses that could be worn for longer than one day. However, the only option offered to me was daily lenses. At my following appointment, the situation was even worse as I waited approximately 40 minutes without being seen. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. I understand delays can happen, but repeated cancellations, long waiting times and poor communication made the service very disappointing.

The staff are friendly, the staff that did eye (eyes temperature) for me, asked me if I wanted the test, she didn't compulsory it for me, I asked for the advantage of the test and she explained Then the Optometrist that checked my eyes, I gave her excellent, because at every stages, she gave a layman explanation. And I appreciate it I even asked, if she's the one that will attend to me next visit and she replied if I request for her So...my experience is very nice I will just tell people to search for Specsavers in their location The staff, that want to do my glasses, I told her I want her exact frame, she stood up and get the exact for me

I can’t fault the service I have had from Sleaford Specsavers. The staff are all very professional and pleasant. No waiting around, even when just dropping in on spec for my glasses to be adjusted. Highly recommend.
