  Visited this branch for the first time, was welcomed as soon as I walked in, first thing I noted was just how friendly the staff were the gentleman who served me and did my initial eye tests and scans prior to the optician was really friendly and informative he gave excellent customer service. As was the optician he was very friendly and took time the whole exam felt very professional not rushed and very individual which is exactly what you what with your eyes! The female staff member then walked me through options and answer questions I had and help with pricing and options was great too, friendly and gave lots of options and information on products and services. The whole process felt really personal not rushed and was given lots of time, really glad I chose Vision Express now won't be going anywhere else after the top service I received today.

  Service was fine. Speed was fine. But not clear on what you will pay at the end. I needed some more contact lenses, I was told I had to have an eye test and a contact lens test if I wanted new contact lenses. I was told £65. At the end of my appointment I was told I must get new lenses in my glasses as-well following my eye test. £395 I was charged when thinking I was going in for what would see less than £100. I appreciate my prescription has changed but I was put on the spot and not clear ahead of time what I would paying. I was left disbelieved that a consultation, some contacted lenses and lenses with NO FRAME came to £400!

  As always, the service provided by Mark and his team is absolutely exceptional; the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcome and each member understands what it means to provide customer services….truly blessed to have such a place within walking distance from home.

  Rubbish ,came in early ,as I forget my appointment time, lady said this is the time,which was fine, but failed to mentuon at that point they are running late,turned up 5 mins before my appointment to be told they are running late,should have told me that when I 1st come in
