- AGAidan GoySep 26, 20261.0Went for a contact lenses initial appointment over a month ago and was told I’d be contacted in a week to pick up my lenses, 2 weeks passed with no contact at all, called and the person on the phone didn’t seem to know what to say and put me on hold for about 20 minutes eventually telling me it will be another week and they will keep me updated via email, no email received, no updates and another 2.5 weeks have now passed with no news on my lenses.
- SDSandra DavisApr 29, 20262.0The times I have used VE living South of England and have had excellent service, in fitting correct vision lenses into frames. Unfortunately I initially ordered my glasses in the Gainsborough Branch. I had to return a couple of times as the vision was not accurate. I then went to VE branch in Tesco's store in Lincoln. Again I have lost count how many times I have returned with no satisfaction. Just losing faith now. Sorry VE but that is the facts.
