Whenever I visit the club, Jane is always such a warm and welcoming face in the lounge. She is forever smiling, friendly and approachable, and always on the go, proactively making sure everyone feels looked after. Even when it’s busy, she remains positive, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to help wherever she can. Jane is a real asset to the club. Her hard work, professionalism and genuine care for members and their experience do not go unnoticed. It’s people like Jane who help create such a welcoming atmosphere and make coming to the club an enjoyable experience. She deserves recognition for the effort and positivity she brings every day, a real credit to David Lloyd and the team.
