  We called in on the off chance that my Mother’s spectacles could be repaired. She had fallen over earlier and her spectacles had cut into her eyebrow and the arm had broken off. I can’t praise the staff enough. The first aider was sent for while a lovely young man replaced the arm of the spectacles . He would not accept any payment from us. I can’t praise the staff enough for the attention they gave my mother.

  I recently visited Vision Express in Boston simply to check the size and fit of a pair of glasses. I had no intention of making a purchase, but by the time I left, I had ordered three pairs of glasses with varifocal lenses! All of the staff were fantastic, but the young man who assisted me was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, knowledgeable, informative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism and customer service were exceptional, and I genuinely believe he has a very bright future ahead of him – I can easily see him becoming a Store Manager or even an Area Manager one day. Although I’m still waiting for my glasses, having only ordered them two days ago, I felt it was important to recognise his hard work. I live around 40 minutes away and could have visited several opticians much closer to home, but Vision Express had the frames I wanted to try. As the saying goes, people buy from people, and this young man is exactly why I chose to buy. Thanks

  I always have a great experience at Vision Express. The service is always excellent, and all the staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Guvy, who takes the time to support me every time I visit. She is incredibly patient, always listens carefully, and consistently gives me the right advice. Her knowledge and genuine care make a real difference, and I always feel confident in the recommendations she provides. I would also like to thank Fraser, who gave me fantastic support with my new Meta Glasses. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.   The eye examination was incredibly thorough. The optometrist covered absolutely every angle possible and ran a comprehensive range of tests to get a complete, detailed understanding of my visual health. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Fraser, who helped me with the paperwork and assisted me in picking out my frames. He was fantastic, and his customer service was hands down the best I’ve received anywhere in a very long time. The whole place is just amazing—highly recommend!
