- LGLouise GrahameJul 8, 20264.0I keep going to vision express as I like the lady who tests my eyes, and Sharon who sorts my contact lenses, absolutely 1st class treatment from them and cannot fault their service…..sadly that’s where the first class ends, the staff on the shop floor could do with some training, not impressed with that side of the service at all, collecting my glasses was most definitely not the experience I have come to expect from this branch, I felt rushed and that my glasses weren’t checked…..I even had a phone call the following week telling me that the glasses had not arrived in branch and they would need to cancel my appointment for another time…….I was wearing them at the time 🤦🏻♀️
