  I visited the pharmacy and was disgusted by the attitude of Pal working in a medical pharmacy you should be ashamed of yourself so snobby and rude. You really don’t have any empathy about patients going through health issues I had to come in for some meds but you yes you made me feel worthless.I am so upset so I had to write this review I truly hope this will be addressed immediately so no one has to go through this.

  The waiting time here is ridiculous. I got text my prescription was ready to collect which is regular medication, first it took so long to wait in the que and then god knows what happened they lost my details and again I ended up waiting almost half an hour. Despite it wasnt sorted and being told to come back next day to collect the medication .No apology or update from the staff. Very frustrating experience. Very unprofessional staff. They need to hire new trained staff and with good communication skills and can provide faster service. Joined this pharmacy as its very close to my house but not happy at all with service so unfortunately will change my pharmacy.

  Appalling customer service! Wish I could give them zero stars! Went to collect a prescription but they didn’t have the medication so went to another pharmacy. When I got there, the pharmacist said that the prescription had been locked at Tesco so they couldn’t complete it. When I went back to Tesco, the person serving said in a very condescending way that they don’t lock prescriptions. When asked to check, she was still adamant. Her colleague stepped in and checked, they had locked the prescription! Not only did she not apologise for wasting our time, she was still being arrogant and saying “we don’t lock prescriptions” - clearly you do and you did! Get some more training and stop wasting time! You’re working at a pharmacy where customers collect medication, you’re not dealing with everyday customers doing their groceries! To Tesco - seriously?! You’re hiring people like this?!
