  Good gym, been a member since April if I'm correct and I've seen it improve, each visit since then. Just check your visiting times as its a popular gym so can get busy at peak times but if checked you can enjoy your visit with out the waiting time for machines.

  Absolutely terrible customer service and a completely wasted journey. I just drove over 10 miles out of my way specifically to join the David Lloyd club in Narborough, only to be met with awful customer service. When I arrived, the staff point-blank refused to tell me the membership costs, stating that I absolutely had to book a tour just to get basic pricing information. To make matters worse, there was a membership rep on-site named Holly, yet no one even offered me the option to wait and speak with her to discuss joining. They were completely dismissive. What an absolute waste of time, fuel, and a 20-mile round trip. If they make it this difficult and unwelcoming just to hand them my money and sign up, I can only imagine how frustrating the service must be once you are actually locked into a contract. Highly disappointing experience—I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
