  I recently visited David Lloyd and was shown around by Andy. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. He took the time to explain all the facilities and membership options clearly, answering all of my questions without any pressure. Andy’s professional approach and enthusiasm really stood out, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and welcoming. Thanks to his excellent customer service, I felt confident in my decision and ended up signing up on the day. A great asset to David Lloyd – I would highly recommend asking for Andy if you’re considering joining!

  Great service from Andy in membership. Sorted out an unusual issue when I tried to upgrade. Friendly , knowledgeable and always approachable.

  Mat was great, joining a gym can feel pretty daunting but he was welcoming and friendly. Made whole sign up process smooth. My boys are so excited to get going

  I have been a member of narbrough David Lloyd for a few years now and I can honestly say they club never fails to disappoint me , I’ve been today and the cold plunge is warm one of the saunas are out of order. Most days you wait for 25 minutes to have a drink brought over to your table and most of the staff in the bar area are quite rude however there are a couple that are nice and try to make it a nice experience. All in all I’m quite disappointed with the club and I can say a lot of other people are most people in the sauna complain about the same things

  I had such a lovely experience getting onboarded by Holly. She was so helpful answering all my questions and made the whole process so seamless. Best customer experience I’ve ever had from a gym. Excited to get started!
