- MMMahsa6 days ago3.0The gym itself is average and the staff are lovely. However, it’s missing some very basic equipment that even my previous budget gym had multiple of. For example, there’s only one hip thrust pad, and it’s been worn out and not really fit for purpose for months The air conditioning is also a major issue. It’s been poor for months, and it’s particularly noticeable now during the hot weather, making workouts quite uncomfortable.

As a regular swimmer, but also a nearly 50 year old, overweight new gym visitor, I was intimidated to be upstairs, let alone use the equipment! Zena put all my anxieties away, she helped me find my confidence and helped me navigate the equipment making it feel totally manageable and accessible. I am now much more comfortable being there and my confidence grows with each visit. Zena has designed me training programmes that tailor to my needs and feel achievable and accessible, whilst still being challenging. What a credit to the place! Thanks Zena. xx
