  They were able to give me a test there and then. Why 5 star.... Their customer service was brilliant!... The explanation of what was going to happen was brilliant!.... My optometrist Hannah was happy, confident, experienced & professional so again, brilliant!..... She explained what was happening & why, pointing out information I should know that was plain easy to understand, brilliant!.... The cherry on the top? Nobody mentioned money, brilliant! Would I go back? Most definitely.

  Very disappointed – poor service and unresolved issue I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tesco Vision Express. I was given glasses that cause constant headaches, making them impossible to wear. When I tried to return them and resolve the issue, there was no manager available. I was told to come back another time. I then attempted to contact the store by phone. Despite the website clearly stating that the store was open, no one answered the phone for over 30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Glasses are a medical product, not a fashion accessory. Being given incorrect glasses and then being unable to speak to anyone responsible shows a lack of professionalism and care for customers’ health. I expected far better from a company of this size. Unless this issue is resolved properly, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this optician to anyone.

  I visited Vision Express in Tesco at Ashby de la Zouch on Friday 11th October to order some contact lenses .The staff were very helpful and friendly and my contact lenses were here the next day .Very pleased
