The explanation of what was going to happen was brilliant!.... My optometrist Hannah was happy, confident, experienced & professional so again, brilliant!..... She explained what was happening & why, pointing out information I should know that was plain easy to understand, brilliant!.... The cherry on the top? Nobody mentioned money, brilliant! Would I go back? Most definitely.
