  Why do you not offer a simple and fair solution for someone who just wants one pair of glasses and want to pay for them then and there , instead you sell them a second pair on interest free finance which works out cheaper than buying one pair , for someone who doesn't want finance and wants to pay a fair price feels ripped off and has no need for a second pair , and then you only get free insurance if you take the finance package. One extremely unhappy customer, and please don't reply with a link to " reach" out to you , you have my details so contact me directly.

  To the lady that did my eye test, very lovely, polite, welcoming.. nice to feel I was being listened to. 5 stars so thank you.

  The lady optician was lovely, the shop as a very relaxed feel to it and the lady that helped me choose my next pair of glasses was lovely and honest too. The only thing I didn't like was I had to choose my glasses immediately otherwise my blue light voucher would not be valid

  They only care about money! Their website is misleading! They are rushing through the appointments, doesn't want to listen to your problem and refusing care if it's something is too complicated. I wouldn't recommend this place, stay away!

  Very disappointed with the customer service. On arrival there were around five or six members of staff standing together chatting at reception, yet it took quite some time for anyone to acknowledge or assist me. It gave a very poor first impression. Since the Bradford store closed, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service. Every visit seems to result in different information being given, leaving customers confused. Staff should be properly trained on products, policies, and procedures instead of providing inconsistent or inaccurate advice. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism. Staff appeared more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers. Basic manners and acknowledging customers as they enter cost nothing, yet I never felt welcomed at all for a BIG store, however time’s have changed substantially most staff members amongst chatter between themselves or on they phones this is not a good image. Despite there being more staff than customers, the level of customer service was poor from start to finish. Management really needs to improve staff training, communication, and professionalism, as the standards have dropped & no care is shown unless you have raised your voice, this is not acceptable or a level of service from vision express altogether. Due to this I have decided to leave & go elsewhere now had the same experience twice now. Unbelievably very disappointed & not acceptable.
