  I had my eye test done by Maha and she was absolutely lovely! I was finding it difficult to pick my frames due to me being horribly indecisive 😭 but Asma helped me pick out the frames I liked and we were able to eventually find the one that suited me best. She was super kind , patient and definitely helped me make the right choice - She was excellent and I would definitely recommend asking for her assistance 🫶🏾 Overall the staff were super wonderful ❤️

  Such friendly and impeccable service at Vision Express...yet again! (Trinity Centre, Leeds). My recent Eye Test was conducted by Aishah in such a relaxed yet professional manner, while Alice helped source the new Lens required for my existing frames. The Manager, Courtney, could not have been more accommodating and patient as she 'future-planned' my new Varifocal glasses. This is not a one-off. The staff are ably led by Courtney, and give off such a professional yet patient air - it's always a pleasure to drop in. Thanks always. Joe McG

  RECEPTION Desk: One hell of a " make- over"!! I didn't recognise the "new" setting! The lighting is more like a ' wine bar' ! Seemed inappropriate for an Eye Sight specislist. Bring back " Day light" lighting! SIGHT TEST: A great service. Thank you! OPTOMETRIST: Excellent! Knows her stuff & answered my questions eloquently! Thank you so much for all the insight you shared about ny eye condition! SALES TEAM: I hope my new specs will be a gem, when they arrived!! Many thanks for the overall service ! *****

  Positives. Eye test was good Negatives Ordering glasses with lady ok, she was friendly even though she recommended the most random glasses that didn’t fit my face type at all, that’s a basic, no? Quick turnaround for glasses being completed for collection in store, only problem being they were wrong prescription. Lady who served said I’ll probably get used to them…er say what? So my eyes are going to magically re-adjust themselves, interesting concept. Also asking for feedback on your service, ‘how did we do?’ when I still haven’t received the correct pair, haha I mean, you literally had one job and then to turn it around on me and tell me it might take me time to adjust… Pretty bad right? You must be doing something right as this particular store had a swanky, ie must have cost a bit, update recently Shocking really and no real accountability UPDATE Although below they apologised and asked me to go to their site which I did 5 days ago I subsequently have had no response. Just an excuse - be aware of this when considering visiting this opticians
