We honestly cannot praise the team at Vision Express, Leeds Trinity, highly enough after our very first visit. From start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. The level of customer service we received was second to none, and the deal we got was just the icing on the cake! A special thank you to the store manager, whose outstanding service, professionalism and attention to detail really made our visit so memorable. It’s refreshing to come across a team who genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Although we live over an hour away, we wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey again. In fact, we’ve already decided that Vision Express at Leeds Trinity will be our first choice for all our future eye care needs. It’s not often you come away from a shop feeling this impressed, but the team absolutely nailed it. Thank you for such a brilliant experience — you’ve gained customers for life!

Popped by today with only 5 minutes to spare to get my glasses tightened and the fantastic lady (sat on the right hand desk as you walk in) was a delight, sorry I didn’t catch your name but my glasses were miu miu so she might remember by that. Big welcoming smile, cleaned and tightened them in no time and had them ready for me when I nipped back in. I know it sounds simple but great customer service and kindness really does go a long way these days!

I would not buy any glasses from here,I went on a scheme were you pay over 2 years ,after first if you need lenses you get them free, went for eye test they said nothing changed you don't need new lenses, but you need some laser went for laser they sad you don't need it,what a waste of a company, will not be going back there.

Bought some Meta Specs. When I turned up to Pick them up. I was told they have been Stolen from the pallet that was delivered. This was a little bit awkward. But they immediately ordered a new pair which arrived a week later. I’m very pleased with the spectacles. The sales service and eye examination were faultless and so was the after sales. They certainly redeemed themselves from them unfortunate loss of my spectacles..
