  Awful if i said ignorant and rude i would say i was been polite eveytime i go in i can be stood 10 minutes to be served and theres only me there one time i had ordered my repeat prescription week in advance on collection to be told it wasnt ready as they had a back log of work to do the pharmacist then said to me i can give you the prescription to take to another chemist he had it there so whats the problem a couple of weeks ago a lady in front of me asked for her prescription you could see she wasnt very well same pharmacist we are running behind come back in a few hours if they spent less time talking and more time sorting things would probably get done.

  One star just because the phone actually rang. Tried over a ten minute period, just in case pharmacist was busy but no answer to several tries. Time is 13.28 so appreciate lunch but hour hours don’t day they are closed for lunch at any time. Will try Sainsbury’s at Colton and hopefully they are not the same firm. I wouldn’t have even given them one star but it won’t let you give them 0’s

  What an absolute shambles they are, save yourself time and stress and go to boots at the springs. Even they said they are lazy and don't like work.

  Poor service, long waiting times for prescriptions, staff who think you are going to discuss your medical conditions in front of a queue full of people that is private between a GP & patient. Sick of hearing “ have you any shopping to do “. When in my case I needed medication for a chest infection & was breathless due to Asthma. In the past I needed a prescription for pain relief after having spinal surgery & was asked the same daft question , when they could plainly see I was in discomfort. God only knows why my gps surgery continues with sending prescriptions to Tesco’s.
