  I came into the pharmacy today for advice about a sinus/ear infection and was dismissed straight away. The staff member told me to see my doctor because I’m over 17, despite me explaining that I’ve previously been helped here for the exact same issue. Her attitude was abrupt, unhelpful, and she didn’t apologise or offer any alternative advice. She simply walked off to deal with a delivery, leaving me stood there with no support. This is not the standard of care expected when patients are encouraged to consult pharmacists first

  I made an online appointment for my autistic child. My appointment was for 12:30pm I arrived on time for the appointment to be told he couldn’t see me for at least 30-45 minutes as he just went on lunch break. My question is why accept a booking for this time if you wasn’t able to stick to this time? This left my daughter distressed and anxious as she was already overwhelmed for the appointment. Service not good enough. Don’t recommend.

  They dispensed the antibiotics for my 3 year old, they never stocked the label of dosage and no one picked the phone either
