When I came to pick them up after a long delay, a young lady handed me my glasses that wouldn’t even fit on my face. I had to ask to have them adjusted. The customer service is very poor, not welcoming. Surely you can do better. Utterly disappointing.

Faz helped me to choose some glasses and sunglasses that suited me and was very helpful. Lewis also helped to make sure my new glasses would be measured correctly on my face, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
