  I have used Amplfon for a number of years now and I have always had great service from them Suzie has a warm and friendly attitude to customers and always a welcoming smile, Hellen is totaly professional and helpful and has helped me choose the right hearing aids that suits my needs. I have recommended Amplifon to my friends.

  As a hearing aid wearer of 35 years i think I’ve seen and experienced pretty much everything! My hearing loss is in the severe bracket and as a 40 year old man it is incredibly important for me to have not only the beat/right hearing aids but best audiologist too… it really makes a difference! Helen is easily the best in Leeds and i must have seen hundreds in my lifetime. Helen really listens (!) to me and has always helped me and supported me. I have been a customer of Amplifon for around 8-9 years now, i did try a couple of other places last year and 12 years ago when i have needed new hearing aids but they were no where near as good as Helen. Today i visited because i wasn’t able to stream my aids to my new Macbook. I searched high and low on the internet for a solution but I couldn’t find one but Helen experience shone through and she found the perfect solution. If you are wanting a good service and great hearing aids look no further!

  Amplifon supply hearing aids, individually fitted. Effient, friendly staff go the extra mile to be helpful.
