  I’ve been collecting my prescriptions and my wife’s prescriptions from here for the past three years, and I genuinely appreciate the team greatly. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve needed help or advice, and every single time the staff have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful. Today, I had an issue with a payment caused by a mix-up from the GP surgery, where a single prescription had been split into two separate prescriptions, which meant I ended up having to pay twice. I know this wasn’t Tesco Pharmacy’s fault at all, and realistically the team could have just told me it was out of their hands. Instead, they took the time to explain exactly what had happened, why it happened, and what the corrective process would look like moving forward. That, to me, is going above and beyond. It’s experiences like this that remind me why I don’t regret choosing this pharmacy as my designated pharmacy. Well done to the whole team — and a special shoutout to Neena, who was the star helping me today. Absolute legend.

  My usual pharmacy has been unable to source regular needed medication. The last time this happened, I called 13 pharmacies, and the only one who could help was Tesco. Well, I tried them first this time, and bingo! Ultra-helpful, lovely lady, who went that extra mile, and by the next day I had an SMS telling me that my medication was there to collect. You cannot get better than that! Thank you so much - lifesaver!
