  Prescriptions done it a timely manner . Most of the time staff are polite , and if not well everyone has a bad day sometimes . Mostly positive from my 6+ yrs of using them

  Feeling traumatised.Went for Flu jab as booked,was supposed to have had the Blood pressure check too as chosen when booked and confirmed on my booking info.NEVER GOT IT or was offered it.I felt like i was putting her out me being there,no words were spoken to me of politeness ie Hello or follow me when i said i had a booking she just walked off and after a minute or two i went from the Till to the little room where she was sat and i did say "oh was i supposed to follow you"? to which i just got told yes sit down.The Injection itself was the most painful Flu jab i've ever had since having them.An apology of oh sorry did that hurt was said but with lack of any empathy and the area has been bleeding for nearly 5 hours to which my arm is in severe pain still at Midnight a few hours later.While in the room the door was left wide open when she went out of the room and also when she came back in to sort and administer the injection so customers in the store could see me and it made me feel extremley anxious and overwhelmed so i asked if i could have the door closed because i was feeling anxious and i closed it myself.I suffer from extreme anxiety,nerves and i'm very fragile and struggle to leave the house for weeks at a time as it is.So on this occasion i've come away from the Pharmacy not feeling in a great place and i was trying to hold it together and not cry while in the store.

  I was spoken to in a patronising and obnoxious manner, and heavily questioned. I was told I shouldn't have the medication, and they shouldn't be selling it me. Yet, I've purchased and been using that medication many times before. Other places have been more understanding about medications.
