  I made a complaint as I came in on Saturday for a service for uti and was turned away by a lady in scarf who works there. Im not a regular customer but I do go for shopping with my carer. Came last Saturday around 5ish and I had a referral from nhs 111 however was turned away simply because she couldn't cope and couldn't be asked. This is not good service and I have complained to the tesco website. Awaiting a response as I have mental health and was turned away from a service which another pharmacy dealt with promptly. This isn't the first time I received atrocious customer service from the same lady. Please either get rid or provide proper training before someone is seriously ill. Would have gave zero stars if that was an option 👎

  Not happy how my other reviews been removed! Clearly hiding what awful service I received. I witnessed a member off staff few weeks ago being bullied and rudely spoken to by a lady manager. She clearly disregarded me stood there and carried on and what should have been 5 minutes took 15 minutes because the manager would make things more complicated. She talked down at staff member and was also rude to me to which i said shall I come back as I could sense the tense atmosphere and I was kept waiting for over 15minutes for picking up my prescription. I have chosen another pharmacy now. Will not be returning with the poor service I received. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

  Just wanted to say not happy at all with the management now. Lady manager very rude and abrupt! I have changed pharmacies because it took over 3 weeks for my prescriptions. Where is the regular staff? Was served by lady with scarf on. Couldnt understand a word of what she was sayin! This is unacceptable! Not happy now. Had great service with other young girls who i havent seen for weeks. This place is going downhill very quickly! No staff here have a clue what to do. Too slow and the whole of buttershaw is talking about how crap this pharmacy has become this past month. Lady manager i asked to speak to to complain she took 20mins just to come speak to me! I doubt it anything will be done with my complaint. So i have made this public for the bosses to see and see what they will do about this poor service! Get rid of staff now. They dont have a clue how to run this place! Changed pharmacys now to medichem. Very disappointed with the way the pharmacy has gone downhill so quick!!! Get rid of staff or shut it down. And if youre going to employ a manager please get one with good customer service. 0 stars if i could give i would!!!!!
