  Had my annual eye check today. The optometrist who I saw was an absolute credit to Vision Express - knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am afraid I don't know her name, but my appointment was at 11:45am.

  Easy yo book . Professional, friendly and adaptive to a customer needs . Deglazing of RayBan frame was quick . Kingly supplied new Ray Ban lovely case free of extra charge.

  I was amazed at how i was taken care of today by the staff member Jay as soon as I walked into the premises, great customer service and I would personally like to say a thank you to Ishika Suralia last Saturday for doing an amazing job and showing true professionalism in her line of work, once again thank you for your time, much appreciated 👏..

  Entered the store and 'checked in' with staff with my name and was told to wait in the waiting room. Waited there for half an hour when I went back to check with staff what was talking so long. They hadn't checked me in properly and had flagged me as 'did not attend'. Wasn't the best experience at all!
