These two ladies amazed me with their product knowledge but also the way in which they helped me make a decision as I was really going between a few. 5 star customer service. They are both an absolute credit to the store & I cannot praise them enough. Thank you both.

- VVVintage66Apr 7, 20261.0We never visit this store however due to an urgent need, decided to go in. First impressions, a young girl with blonde hair standing by the till who looked very serious. I asked her a question and she didn't even acknowledge my existence. I asked her again but once again, extremely rude arrogant and so didn't bother again. The Indian girl however did help. I told her so of the other girl and she advised that she was the manager. My summary is that just because your a manager does not give you the right to treat a customer in this manner. Please can you investigate this person's position and behaviour within your company as it's completely unacceptable.

Oops😫😫 I visited the store in March, just in time for the Mother’s Day sale. They had a great selection of sunglasses at really good prices. Sania was absolutely fabulous 🤩She recommended several styles and helped me pick the perfect pair of sunglasses for my partner.
