The only thing which results in my score of 4 instead of 5 was that I would prefer a breakdown of the costs of the lens. I am uncertain as to what price that was and maybe have a better opportunity to tweak that. But on the whole it was a good sale and the staff member was extremely helpful.

I showed the assistant the text to say the appt was for 12.15 she didn't know what to say. So needless for me to say i won't be coming back again. Rubbish rubbish staff and service.
