- CMCardell McIlroySep 19, 20265.0I have recently had the pleasure of attending at Vision Express, Lisburn and purchasing two new pairs of glasses. This was my first experience of using Vision Express and it definitely won't be my last. The level of professionalism and courtesy shown by Conor and the entire team was brilliant. Their level of customer service and support, both during the purchase and afterwards, is second to none and I would like to place on record my sincere thanks and appreciation for all that they did for me. I would definitely recommend Vision Express, Lisburn to everyone.

- PSPhilip ScottJul 29, 20264.0This was a great experience and I am very pleased. The only thing which results in my score of 4 instead of 5 was that I would prefer a breakdown of the costs of the lens. I am uncertain as to what price that was and maybe have a better opportunity to tweak that. But on the whole it was a good sale and the staff member was extremely helpful.
- JCjohn clarkeJul 23, 20261.0I was very disappointed I went over from Ballynahinch to lisburn for an eye test which was at 12.15 however on arrival I was told I was late and my appointment was scheduled for 11.45 and to rebook for another test. I showed the assistant the text to say the appt was for 12.15 she didn't know what to say. So needless for me to say i won't be coming back again. Rubbish rubbish staff and service.
