- DFDeborah FeelyOct 12, 20262.0So apparently the 100 day money back guarantee doesn’t work if you want to exchange due to ill fitting glasses. You have to just get a full refund. Left without glasses due to no one being able to fit the glasses correctly. I was led to beleive that if they didn’t work or fit properly I was able to exchange for more comfortable pairs of glasses, never mind that the script wasn’t working due to the prism that was recommend, and at the time was told if it didn’t work could be taken out. But apparently with the 100 day money back this is not the case, left without glasses now as Noel decided the 100 day money back would not work for exchanges. Is this not what that is there for???
- KKKieranSep 27, 20261.0This shop has gotten so much worse since it was revamped. Used to order contact lenses for collection and when I went to pick them up, they’d be sitting in a pigeon hole behind reception- job done. Now it seems to involve writing an essay on the computer and possibly even several staff being involved in doing so. Today was ridiculous I waited 20 minutes whilst 3 members of staff helped 1 customer. If you have to ask someone just picking something up to “take a seat”, you’re not doing ridiculously simple tasks correctly.

- ZKZuzana KourilovaSep 9, 20262.0Not transparent enough about the eye test fee. As a holder of a Tesco colegue card I believe my eye test should be free..and that fact make me to move from Boots optician to Vision express. And that was mistakeI shouldnt have moved. I still had to pay £30 per eye test.
