Well run gym. Plenty of space in the car park to park. Im always impressed by the friendly service I received from everyone who works here. Everything I visit im impressed by the availability of machines and weights. Great service and delicious food in the Clubhouse.

I left this gym after one month due to the lack of hygiene. The men’s toilets and showers were disgusting. All it would have taken was for someone to check it once an hour. The food service was also poor.It appeared to be impossible to produce something as simple as an omelet in less than 40 minutes and unburnt. When I tried to raise an issue it was as if I simply did not understand the subtleties of a “modern” service.

Had a tour of the club today with Gemma. Gemma was professional and friendly, with fantastic knowledge on all the facilities and classes. The club itself is very well equipped with plenty of classes on offer. Thank you!

The best gym in Belfast! Great facilities, the gym is huge and the spa is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Thank you to Terrence and the team, we'll be back for sure 🙌

I am writing to express my disappointment with our experience at David Lloyd Belfast today, 12 July.
As today is a public holiday and we are currently experiencing exceptionally warm weather, we brought our children to the club specifically to enjoy the outdoor pool. We had also invited friends to join us using guest passes, looking forward to spending the day together.
Unfortunately, we were informed that the children were not permitted to use the outdoor pool because there was no lifeguard available until 2:00 p.m. While I appreciate the importance of safety and the need for lifeguard supervision, it was extremely disappointing that no provision had been made for what is likely to be one of the busiest and warmest days of the year.
To make matters worse, we were also told that we were not allowed to sit at the outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine while waiting. This left us with very little opportunity to make use of the facilities we had come to enjoy.
What made the experience even more frustrating is that we have visited several other David Lloyd clubs, including those in Dublin, Scotland, Amsterdam and Paris, where there has always been lifeguard cover for the outdoor pools during busy periods and good weather. We have come to expect a consistent standard across the David Lloyd group, and today's experience fell well below that expectation.
As paying members, we were very disappointed that we were unable to enjoy facilities that were one of the main reasons for our visit, particularly after bringing guests with us. It reflected poorly on the club and made for an unnecessarily frustrating experience.
I would appreciate an explanation as to why adequate staffing arrangements were not in place for such an obvious peak day, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to ensure other members do not experience the same disappointment in the future.
