  Used to be so much better. Gone downhill. No confidentiality. They perform the second check at the front in full view of everyone. Getting the medication out of the bag. I receive texts to say that the prescription is ready, on arrival it isn’t ready and I’m stood around for 20 minutes waiting. Don’t bother

  Waited six weeks for an item to arrive. Still waiting, and next prescription due next week! Asked at my local pharmacy if they could get me the item and they ordered it the next day. It is impossible to telephone the pharmacy and speak to anyone, so you end up having to travel in to make an enquiry. Have now changed to my local pharmacy.

  Rude lady. Loud with attitude. No customer service skills or discreatness. Spoke to me like dirt. Said her name was Elaine. She needs removing from that type of job.

  Absolutely disgusted with them. Booked Flu Jabs for me and the wife with them online through their website and got the day and time we wanted, this was all confirmed by email which i printed off. Yesterday i went back on to see availability for a neighbour only to find out that Tesco Leyland was not on the list so i rang them to check. Got told in no uncertain terms that i didn`t have a booking with the because they weren`t doing them. Had no contact from Tesco even though they have our email addresses and mobile numbers, We would have turned up on the booked day only to be turned away.
