Never had an issue until recently when I came to get my glasses fixed. The girl at the desk laughed in my face and said there was nothing they could do which was unusual. In the end they fixed my glasses. Perhaps staff should be given training in the services you provide and how to talk to customers.

I would give an even lower star if I could. I am currently looking for a glasses shop that does ray ban glasses and this is the only one in Preston that I know of that is suitably placed HOWEVER! when I go inside even when it is quiet NO ONE acknowledges me that I'm even in the shop. I have spent time there. There isn't any real receptiveness. I have been to many Vision express across the country unfortunately this one is nearest to me. Just seen other reviews, others have experienced the exact same! A simple hello would suffice.
