  I was in V E this morning and I have to say as per usual every member of staff was lovely. . They went through and explained stuff to you . I had previously been to spec savers a couple of days before and came away unhappy they were dreadful . Just glad I went to Vision Expeess today. The team was Amazing. And the bald guy with glasses on the desk was so friendly and helpful. But got to say they all were great .

  A great service from post op eye test to receiving my new glasses. All the staff that I encountered were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on their products. They went the extra yard by staying past closing time to get me sorted, which i appreciated. I am also pleased with the high quality of the frames and lenses used. Brilliant.

  Jamie the man who helped me was so patient and helped me choose glasses to suit me . He was very good at explaining everything to me about options etc .
