  Fabulous service and the staff's attention to detail and lovely approach made this a truly wonderful experience. Love the scheme for purchasing glasses on a monthly DD unlike nearby competitor! Wish I'd discovered Vision Express years ago.

  I bought some land rover glasses and expensive lenses off you over a year ago.Ive been back in with them as the lenses kept popping out.So I've bought some new frames the same as the old ones,exactly the same.I took them to another optician where they have told me that the lenses you sold me are curved and the glasses are not,that's why they keep popping out.They cost over £400 pounds.So thanks for the great service you offer

  All staff were pleasant and helpful especially the lady who explained how the hearing glasses work she was very patient and helpful.

  My husband is 77 with Parkinson's and had an eye test and scan which he said was dealt with by a lovely kind very friendly girl who explained everything. He was prescribed new glasses. The scan took a while and the girl explained everything clearly. He was then passed to a girl who gave him what can only be described as the fast talking hard sell. He had called in to make an appointment and given one that afternoon. He is capable of dealing with opticians but not undue pressure. Also for payment she spoke fast asking did he want add ons like sun activated lenses etc. Then she put a screen full of tiny writing of the contract agreement of sale and he had to read it all there and then. He had difficulty reading it all,was tired and asked if he had to read it all. He did and no acknowledgement of his obvious tiredness. He started to feel under great pressure as she was also showing him blocks of colours for lenses over £200. Please could I advise you take into account a person's age and perhaps refrain from the hard fast talk sell, to those more vulnerable in our society.
