  I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this pharmacy. On several visits, the gentleman with glasses has been particularly rude. The customer service is genuinely shocking, abrupt, condescending, and completely lacking in basic respect. A lesson in how to speak to people and how to provide even the most basic level of customer care would go a long way. If you’re able to, I strongly recommend using another pharmacy.

  I was a customer of this Pharmacy for over 4 years, mainly only down to the fact it’s open longer hours than most other chemists. The majority of the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Although I must point out some of the staff are lovely. You are treated horrendously if you forget to order your repeat prescription and get an electronic referral from NHS 111 and are left without medication, I was once even refused an asthma inhaler whilst waiting for my repeat prescription when was having breathing difficulties. Absolutely horrendous service. Now gone with a local chemist which has lovely staff and a lovely pharmacist. The staff at Tesco Pharmacy need to realise they aren’t Doctors. The blonde lady and the pharmacists are the worst, very rude and talk disrespectful about you thinking you can’t hear them, they sometimes make you wait over an hour to collect and would rather see you without medication if you forget to order repeats on time, even if you’ve not forgot to do so for over a year. They held the fact I’d forgot once 11 months prior and left me with no medication for days.

  Absolutely disgusting service. Just been in to get some Night Nurse for my sister who's ill in bed with the flu. Was originally served by a middle aged blonde woman who had zero people skills. I told her it was for my sister and repeated the symptoms my sister had told me. She immediately asked for my ID before saying none of the medicines would help what my sister had. I walked off to ring my sister to find out more about her cough which apparently was a big thing. During this time the blonde woman had gone behind the screen and was talking to the pharmacist (clearly about me). Got back in the queue and was served by a lovely brunette lady who was more than happy to serve me Night Nurse. Before she could put it through the pharmacist said she wanted to speak to me. Not sure what the blonde woman had said but apparently because I'd said I needed medicine to help with sleep, I wasn't allowed any Night Nurse but I could get sleeping pills?! The description of Night Nurse, "If a cold or the flu is keeping you awake, then Night Nurse can help relieve cold and flu symptoms at night and so aid restful sleep." Avoid at all costs. I also saw the blonde woman be rude to a person in front of me in the queue. She's clearly in the wrong job.

  Stopped getting the presciptions off my doctor sent here. Awful service,staff very unhelpful. Slow and uncaring.
