  Ever since i had medications sent to this pharmacy nothing has ever gone Wrong not once, this is a great pharmacy and the staff are well overworked however not once have i experienced and any staff member taker their frustrations out onto a patient. This are great people who do help a lot. I had advice and that advice has always felt slolid and very truethfull and has helped my conditions very well. I highly reccomend tesco pharmacy no doubts at all i am now having all my repeat prescriptions ehich will be done on the dsy the meds are due as Online chemudt have constantky on pureposly left out diazepam medication since aged just 14/15 as i gad to walk to my familly gp to get this nedicafion for agraphobia and my parents divorce which saw me abandoned and left to go home from school to an empty house i soon found out mt mother had ran away to Essex with mt 2 sisters whom ive never seen since that morning when i said i was going to do my paper round and go to scool from my job. I was 13. And left to fend for mysrlf i didnt even know the address of mt Dad of Nana who lived in cheetham hill so i knew whereabouts dhe l8ved so i had to walk to her house so i got there around 9pm. Hungry upset and in need of a bath. Nobody mentioned the Auhdad id been diagnosed eith or the diwzepwm medication i wasbon. That 3as soon sortedbout and im still on Diazepam!!!. If i dont have it i have rhe worlds worwt withdrawal symptoms i get night cramps in my thighs and tendons i wake up at 4am daily unable to breathe ive had 22 trips to hospitwl by ambulance in the past 2 years as my negligent Gp reconised me as the person who made a formal complaint against the Dr so in revenge he has Never prescribed diazepwm over the weekend leaving me in withdrawals all weekend until Monday when they deliver my meds and apologise as alwaya rhat they disnt make fridsys delivery. My Pharmacy has no email address to make a com0lwint as i have tried to make a complaint howevwr the email on the shop window foe rhe pharmacy email is fake as it doesny exist. I tried to make an SAR for all callesbmade ro 111 iver the past 2 years and what the reasons were and the actions twken. They have reduses me access to this and all they have dine is send me an email address to make a. Com0lwint against Nweat ambulance servife so ive done rhat aslo but heard zero from them either. I beleive my previous Gp wants me dead as he told me in a very sinister voice he has a plan for me bow get out of his surgery. All because he called me a dirty disgusting B fir being homeless in 2023, i was not homeless at all never have been. So what he is saying that for is a surprise for me as was his behaviour as he halved all my medications i realised this when i went to the late night pharmacy. Luckily i have a new agp who has soeted the medications out. Thank you Tesco pharmacy for yiur help and the way youve treated me eith dugnity and respect. I usually get asked for id which i sometimes firgwt due to a brain injury i suffered when i wasbrobbed at onife ooint stabbed 4 times and knockes uncincious for days with a baseball bat round my head dracturung tue base if my skull and leaving me deafvin one ear also ive a brain injury that has destroyed my confidence i have wgro0hobia i cannot go out unlews i have someone ro come with me or my suoport dig to assist me when i go to an apointment.   I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this pharmacy. On several visits, the gentleman with glasses has been particularly rude. The customer service is genuinely shocking, abrupt, condescending, and completely lacking in basic respect. A lesson in how to speak to people and how to provide even the most basic level of customer care would go a long way. If you’re able to, I strongly recommend using another pharmacy.

  I took my son to Middleton Pharmacy last night and the two members of staff were really friendly. The chap looking at my son was really helpful, took his time to ask lots of questions and gave lots of helpful advice. My son is 5 years old and was a little tired and impatient but the chap was so patient with him and it was a trip well worth making. Glad that I won’t need to waste an hour on the phone at 8am on Monday morning trying to get a GP appointment. Looking at the previous reviews, we didn’t experience any of the negativity others have experienced.

  Was advised I qualified for free prescription as I claimed ESA . Never been on benefits before . I was told where to sign, just now paid ( nearly ) £120 in fines. 2 types of ESA , one you can get free prescriptions , 1 you can’t . Don’t offer advice if you don’t know what your talking about .
