The reception staff are friendly, courteous and attentive to individual client needs. Cheryl, the audiologist and manager, is very friendly and caring. She is competent, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She has provided me, with consistently excellent service, which has helped me attain a much improved quality of life, in terms of my hearing. It is without hesitation, that I can highly recommend the Lytham branch.
