  Arrived 13 minutes late due to torrential rain and thunder storm on motorway only to be told they had no appointments now until next week. There was one costomer being attended to by another assistant. Normally they have me waiting 15 minutes or more to be seen ! Last year I spent £250 on reading glasses that gave me headaches. My £3 off the shelf ones are better.

  Went for an aftercare appointment, ended up with an eye infection. Called told nothing they can do, won’t see me. Advised call Specsavers, speak to Doctors or failing that A&E. Never had an issue with my eyes before. Would do as they recommend and not waste your money with their aftercare and use Specsavers instead!!! Awful don’t come close!!

  I can not praise all of the staff at this store enough. Particularly the optometrist who was exceptional. He made me feel heard and took every precaution to make sure that I had all the tests to ensure there was nothing in towards I can not thank all the staff enough I feel relieved that all my tests have come back fine and I love my new glasses. I would recommend this store in a heart beat well done to all I’ve had a fantastic experience thank you

  After realising I had a problem with my new varifocals I made an appointment to get a prescription check. Two weeks later..even though I advised them I couldn’t drive in them and back to using my old prescription, I was greeted with a surly optician, who used no manners, didn’t smile and I felt he was tolerating me. The outcome was their error, so the glasses had to go away to be reglazed. I insisted on a fast track service.. it wasn’t offered. No apology, no acknowledgment of the danger they put me in or the fact that it was inconvenient to be coming back again. I won’t be a returning customer, which is a shame because when I had my original eye test and ordering my new lenses they were very very friendly! Strange that!

  Every member of staff is knowledgeable , friendly, helpful and so pleasant. They are genuinely happy to see you When I was there they had a visit from the Regional Manager and she was so pleasant and helpful too. It’s a pleasure to visit them in Leyland. Thank you 🤩
