Carleton House - Care, support and rehabilitation for people with mental health conditions

We provide support for adults with mental health conditions to help them manage their condition and maximise their independence. Tailoring support to suit individual need is key to our ethos. Our aim is to provide support to develop the skills people require to progress in their personal development, wellbeing and recovery. Our support packages empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care and recovery and to access their local community through providing a therapeutic environment within their home and through recreational, educational and support with work based activities in the community
