  Incredibly dated machines. Just been in - 3 running machines and 2 bikes dont work and there aren't that many of them. WiFi doesnt work properly either. Pretty awful given the price.

  Café staff have little interest in serving waiting customers. Then cherry-pick people they know to serve first and prioritise chatting to other staff members before preparing orders. Can't comment on other facilities as a non-member but this experience has definitely deterred me from wanting to join.

  Original Review; It would be a 5 if they had WiFi that worked. The facilities are fantastic and the staff very amenable, but, there's no mobile signal in the gym, nor a usable WiFi. This may seem petty to some, but I need to be contactable for work, and when you're paying £150(?) a month, the very least you expect is WiFi. Recently, they seem fine with spending a fortune on green energy, but nothing on upgrading their WiFi. I have missed a few vital alerts from my work, one nearly costing me a disciplinary. So, sadly, I am going to have to consider my membership. I know this won't matter to them, but it should because I won't be the first, and I won't be the last. Loads of people I chat to are moaning about it. I have emailed about it but didn't get a response. It has only been a day or so, but situation is urgent. 5 stars for everything else. Edit: Fair play to Reece, jumped on this and has got contractors booked to come and look into it 👌

  The facilities seem good and the person that showed me round was nice. It was offering what I needed, and despite it being a higher price than other places, I was happy to sign. Until I found out at the very last minute (after completing all my details) it was a 12 month fix in. To switch to 3 month's the price shot up by nearly 20%. I was still tempted but then got told for the privilege I'd have to pay £150 joining fee for myself and £20 joining fee for my child. Out of principle it was an immediate thank you for your time, but no. Considering I'd done the admin myself for my details, what could possibly warrant that amount of money to join. Zero flexibility with joining fees either.
