The staff at Tesco Pharmacy Burnley are always so friendly and helpful. Especially Hamaad & Naz who are both lovely, approachable, a good laugh and always happy to help. Really appreciate how helpful everyone is every time I go in! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic service! The staff are always friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. A special mention to Hamaad and Naz, who always go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they are always professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They make you feel valued and are always happy to offer advice and support. It’s so refreshing to find a pharmacy where the staff truly care about their customers. An absolute credit to the pharmacy. Would highly recommend! ⭐️

Great service and very helpful guys at the pharmacy. Haamad and Naz are both great, very knowledgeable when asked about my previous go to meds being discontinued they were able to suggest a suitable alternative. Naz always goes above and beyond he’s even walked round the store after us to double check details so that prescriptions can be fulfilled there and then and we didn’t have to take half of it and come back another day.

Been using Tesco pharmacy for a number of years now, and can honestly say, ive never had a problem..The staff are and have always been polite and helpful and any shortfall in your prescription, is advised and ordered promptly. Only downside I can mention is I dont get txt alerts to notify when my script is ready despite being set up to receive them.
