Shocking customer service these days. Been going there for years for my prescriptions and never had an issue. Last few times 1. Been ignored and left standing. 2. Items not in stock and not able to get and didn't even offer to try just give me the prescription back. 3. Shouted across the counter from the back room for my address ....and then date of birth. What happened to privacy ??? Service ...come on Tesco buck your ideas up..you can do better than this

Poor service, three people in dispensary yet no acknowledgment of me standing there when I only required advice on where to find an item. Appreciate pharmacists are busy but an acknowledgment of presence would have been nice.

Quite literally the worst customer service. They never answer the phones, and despite several conversations in store about permissions in order for them to text or ring me when my prescription comes through, they never do. My prescription has been sent back not once but SEVERAL times due to this lack of communication. I’m so done with this service and it’s poor quality management, time to focus more on local pharmacies.
