If I could give a 0 star I would. Customer service is everything these days. I only wanted to grab some tablets which are behind the counter but the young Asian lad was quick to answer me and tell he is “On break at the moment” I asked if anyone can help me as whilst we were having this conversation he could of easily just served me which would of taken 30 seconds tops. I asked when does his break end as I got the shop at 7pm and he said 7:40pm so he isn’t aloud to help until then. Appalled at the customer service level.

Terrible service. Queued for a long time whilst the person on the front desk ignored me and served other people who just walked up. When they did finally decide they’d serve me, they were not only rude but asked very intimate questions loudly in front of other customers for what was over the counter medication. Eventually I left without the medication I’d been queuing for because they persisted with the intimate questions despite my increasing embarrassment. They really need training on confidentiality and customer service. Would give zero stars if I could
