  My original review needs editing now. Over the last six months, there's been a massive change here. The current staff are polite, helpful and quick to process my repeat prescriptions, sometimes a day or two after it's been accepted. Much happier with the service nowadays

  Considering we are being told to seek advice from pharmacists where we can to ease pressure on GP services this pharmacist here needs to get with the program. He can’t be bothered to come round to the till to speak to customers seeking advice and would rather make people uncomfortable by having to raise their voice to seek advice on potentially private information while he stays sat in the back. Also I was there for my baby and they were extremely dismissive basically telling me to go to the GP when I had been to the GP and they had told me what to buy and I just wanted to ask for additional advice. Shocking service.

  Polite staff. But when you ask a simple question (like what time do you open) all the person tells is the time they close. Maybe have your staff listen closer to customers so the customer gets the answer to the question they are asking.
