  Worst experience from the moment we walked through the door. Poor staff attitude. Ridiculous rules. And absolutely filthy. Never again!!!!

  The gym and facilities are brilliant. Everything is modern, clean, and really well looked after. The thing that stood out the most to me, though, was how welcoming everyone was. Joanne and Paul were both absolutely lovely from the moment I walked in. They made the whole application process and tour really easy, took the time to answer all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about making people feel comfortable and helping them get started. It’s not often you come across customer service like that these days, and it honestly made a great first impression. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a friendly, high-quality place to train.

  I have had a fantastic experience at David Lloyd Knowsley. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and there is a great variety of equipment, classes, and activities to suit all fitness levels. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room create a relaxing and motivating environment, making it enjoyable to stay active. I particularly appreciate the supportive atmosphere and the sense of community among members. I would highly recommend David Lloyd Knowsley to anyone looking for a high-quality health and fitness club. Since you've recently started training there, had personal training sessions, Pilates, and have been using the sauna and steam room, you could make it more personal:

  Normally go to the Warrington David Lloyd but came here as daughter was at a class nearby. It's OK but not looked after in the way other clubs are, gym is badly organised with little open space, no soap in toilets, hand dryers out of action etc. Just needs some more care and could be much better
