- PKphilip kershawJun 19, 20261.05 min late for appointment and the appointment was cancelled, they had the incorrect booking time that I booked on the website. The last appointment I had I was sat waiting for 20 mins without an apology. Rude staff when I alerted the staff member that I had an appointment she said I’m busy abruptly whilst other members of staff were sat doing nothing. Some customer service training needed here.

There were only 2 there at the counter and both helped me out straight away with respect and kindness. I had a broken arm on my glasses and they fixed it within half an hour and the problem was sorted. They are a credit to would dei the company.

The two ladies that I spoke with acted like I was a burden to even be there very bad communication skills. I honestly felt like I wasn’t wanted there I was spoke to very blunt and rudely. My local had no appointments available but I will not be coming back.Not good customer service with the persons I experience I also asked if everything was okay for me to leave because the communication was so bad and was giving a very nasty look. Was quite upset about this but glad I managed to change my store back on the website.
