- APAnna Pawlik3 days ago1.0I booked an appointment to find out if their contact lenses would be cheaper than other optician. The customer service is shocking. During the appointment, I could see all the details of the customer who was before me: their name, eye test results, and date of birth. This is a breach of data protection, and they should be fined for it. I was then told that they would apply a discount, making the price of the contact lenses lower than what I’m currently paying. Another lady took all my bank details and said, “Done,” before closing the screen. I asked, “But how much will I be paying?” to which she replied, “Oh, I forgot.” She then told me it would be £45. I reminded her that I was supposed to receive a discount. She then informed me that it is only for three months. This contradicts what the other lady had told me. Their service is below any standard I have encountered so far and is very misleading regarding pricing.
