I took my 33-year-old autistic son for his first eye test a couple of days ago, and the test was done by Kavita with superb and exceptional skill. She did everything 100% right for a vulnerable adult to have a positive experience.

From there it fell off a cliff. Different staff when I went in subsequently and the communication was non existent and time to receive the glasses, from the biggest glasses group in the world, was snail’s pace. Presumably because they want to save money on courier charges? 3 emails unanswered and the phone rang out for days. Shame.
