As an experienced gym rat I didn’t think I needed any help from their PT but Steph strongly advice me to take my 1st out 3, free kickstart sessions and I’m glad I did after having my first kickstart session with Jack Dulson, very friendly and most importantly greatest PT, Jack has given me tips with things I’ve struggled for years. Moral of the story, use your kickstart sessions while it’s free😂you always learn something new. Well deserved the 5 star👌🏽👏🏽
