  I had an excellent experience at Vision Express in Hull, St Stephen’s. The staff were very professional, friendly, patient and helpful throughout my eye test. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I really appreciate their care and excellent service. Highly recommended!

  The staff member who dealt with me was very helpful,introduced himself to me and said if he could help me with anything let him know,not pushy but helpful.

  What can I say. I am always met with a smile 😊 which puts you in a happy mood. Everything was explained to me. I was not waiting long before I went in for my eye test. I am in a wheelchair and the room was sorted out and ready for me before I went in. The optician lady was very kind. Explained everything to me. We had a good laugh about Hull fair and she asked me had Hull fair been going on for a long time. I said I believe so it's very old. I was not rushed. I picked my own glasses. Someone did come to me but I explained I was been seen to. The measurements on my glasses was done two to three times to make sure that there was correct and the where. I don't know the gentleman's name. All I know is he's very good at his job and I believe it's Emma. That's the manager and she is a little diamond so thank you both and I look forward to getting my glasses.

  Waiting a long time to be seen, eye test was fine. I had to ring to see if mt glasses were ready, no one rang me although there were there waiting to be collected. Again waited a while to be seen, they felt with someone who came in after me. I didn’t get a glasses case with my glasses no cleaning cloth, just here’s your glasses are they ok thank you 😗😌 could have had better service I think

  i honestly cannot recommend Muhammad and Mark enough! From my very first appointment with Muhammad, I felt genuinely listened to. He took the time to understand my concerns and was incredibly thorough in explaining everything to me, which made me feel so much more comfortable and reassured. I then had a few follow-up appointments with Mark, and he was absolutely amazing. He went completely out of his way to make sure everything was right for me and that I was happy with the outcome. He even used part of his own lunch break to fit me in and make sure everything was sorted, which really shows how much he cares about his customers. Both Muhammad and Mark went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the time, patience and care they showed me throughout the whole process. It is clear that they genuinely want the best for their customers, and that level of service makes such a difference. And also thank you to the lady (whose name i didn’t catch) who helped me pick my glasses! she was so kind and helpful. The staff are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I’ve had. Thank you so much!
