I especially appreciated that they did not rush to prescribe glasses unnecessarily and took the time to properly assess both children instead of simply recommending eyewear straight away. It was reassuring to see such a careful and ethical approach, especially with children’s eye health. The staff were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. Thank you for the great service — we left feeling confident and well looked after

- LMLeonard MeredithMay 15, 20265.0I’ve been with Specsavers for over thirty years and have always had good service. I decided to change my location to Hempstead Valley Specsavers in Gillingham. I checked their reviews online and was pleased to see that they had excellent rating. I booked my contact lens and sight test and attended my appointment on the day. What I didn’t expect is the extremely high level of customer care and service. My contact lens optometrist Niall Slattery and my sight test Optometrist Tomi Fayefunmi were exceptionally good and were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasurable experience as all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were beyond my expectations. I will certainly be going back.

Loads of info without being overwhelming. And filling in all the gaps without me feeling stupid!! The details on options were also given in a fair way, I wasn't felt pushed in any one direction and it also wasn't a hard sell and i felt like i could go elsewhere for my purchase it i had wanted to. All of the above means i will almost certainly be buying my hearing aids from here
