  I've been trying to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt as they're very busy and have a lot of patients but my patience has gone and I'm irate at what they've done. They sent me a text saying my medication was ready, when I showed up to get it, they said it wasn't in stock. I told them I was low on my supply and needed it soon as it has awful withdrawal side effects but they said all they could do was wait for the supplier to get back in stock or release it to the spine so another pharmacy could give it to me. I chose to release it and went to get my prescription the next day at Medway Pharmacy. They told me that Tesco never released it and they couldn't give it to me. I'm so angry as this medication is for my mental health and causes awful physical pain when in withdrawal. There seems to be no consideration or care for how this can affect patients and the incompetence of them even sending a text basically lying that it was ready is shocking. I hate writing bad reviews but this is literally effecting my health and wellbeing in a drastic way. Do not go anywhere near them.

  Male staff member who served me today was extremely condescending and rude. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Tesco Rainham pharmacy is dreadful. It took 4 attempts over 2 days to get my antibiotics. Being told to come back in 45 minutes twice plus 4 lots of queueing. Also I was told an untruth by a member of their staff who would, in my opinion, benefit from a customer service course. Shocking how when you are feeling so ill you are faced with so many challenges & rudeness. Time to go somewhere else.

  Waste of time took ages to find the email they said they didn’t have all the items very rude staff then tried to charge me when I have a prepaid card said because it was a emergency prescription it’s not covered by prepaid card I called back 111 they said they shouldn’t be charging extra sent my prescription to woodlands instead i went there picked up all the items no charge as pre payment was fine to use on emergency prescriptions

  Sometimes this pharmacy can get so busy! But the staff is amazing! All of them are just super nice and very friendly!
